- Press Windows key + R, type services.msc and click ok

- Press the Windows key + X and select settings,
- Click on Update & security then troubleshoot,

- Open the windows service console using services.msc and stop the print spooler service,
- Press Windows key + R, type printui.exe /s /t2 and click ok to open print server properties,

- Click Devices then printers & scanner, Locate and select the printer then click remove the device and follow the on-screen instructions. Once done reboot your PC.
Install the printer driver
