- Open Control panel
- Change View by Large icons and click Power Options.

- Click Search automatically for updated driver software and follow on-screen instructions to allow windows update to download the latest graphics driver if available there.

Tweak window registry
In addition, you tweak the Windows registry to force system shutdown quickly following the steps below.
- Press Windows key + R, type regedit and click ok,
- This will open the Windows registry editor, navigate the following key: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control
- Here on the middle panel double click on WaitToKillServiceTimeout and set the value between 1000 to 20000 which corresponds to the value between 1 to 20 seconds successively.
Note: If you don’t find WaitToKillServiceTimeout then right-click on control -> click New > String Value and Name this String as WaitToKillServiceTimeout. then set the value between 1000 to 20000
Close registry editor and restart your PC to apply the changes.
